  • You will support our customers and partners in solving their technical challenges
  • You will conduct root cause analyses and develop initial solutions
  • You will create FAQ posts, guides, and maintain the knowledge database

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a degree or training in the IT field
  • You have a strong customer orientation that is reflected in your thinking and actions
  • You can explain and present complex issues in a simple manner
  • You have excellent German language skills and a good sense for expressing yourself verbally and in writing
  • You have good English language skills
