Here are your challenges
As part of our telephone application support, your task is to support various Windows applications and provide support for health apps for iOS and Android. You are responsible for assisting users with any questions, concerns, or issues and handling troubleshooting, finding solutions, and providing telephone support.
Your tasks include:
- Solution- and service-oriented communication through various channels
- Recording customer inquiries in our ticket system
- Clarifying customer inquiries using extensive knowledge databases
- Analysis of malfunctions and assistance with handling questions
- Support for questions and application issues throughout the project
