As a
Retirement Operations Specialist you'll enjoy an engaging, fast-paced culture where you'll establish and maintain retirement accounts with financial and non-financial transactions.

Process customer requests both financial and non-financial within a digital workflow
Active team player, working both independently and by collaborating and communicating with others
Conduct research and resolve complex situations
Exercise good judgment while utilizing critical thinking
Deliver on established SLAs meeting quality and efficiency goals
Balance competing priorities

Who You Are

High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years operations or related work experience required (Insurance or retirement account processing experience preferred)
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to shift focus quickly
Ability to maintain accuracy while being detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be team oriented and problem solve with little supervision
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office
This position requires successful completion of a credit history check

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.

Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$ $31.73 / hour

Time Off Program

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period.

Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Location

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC).

You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
