Your main task will be to support the team and me in various administrative, controlling, and accounting tasks.

Your role will give you a comprehensive insight into all entrepreneurial aspects of our company, and your opinion will be valued in decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Email correspondence and mail management
  • Invoice control (using MS Excel formulas VLOOKUP and SUMIF, which can also be learned with our support during the hiring process)
  • Assistance to our accounting office
  • Planning and execution of payments
  • Coordination of appointments and maintenance of important contacts
  • Support in team meetings and tracking of deadlines
  • Management of documents and data organization
