ResponsibilitiesYour role will involve managing commercial and residential properties in McCalla, AL. You will be the main point of contact for existing tenants and handle all communication with them. Your tasks will also include contract and addendum management, as well as handling security deposits and collections.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing commercial and residential properties
- Proficient in MS Office, preferably also in SAP
