for the Office of Building Management, Technical Building Management Department
The Office of Building Management is a service provider for various municipal buildings and assumes the role of owner.

From planning and implementing new construction, to leasing and renting buildings, to managing during the usage phase and repurposing buildings, the entire life cycle of a building is covered.


Your responsibilities:


  • Planning and organizing recurring inspections of various technical systems according to different legal regulations (including PrüfVO-NRW, BetrSichV) including documentation and evaluation of inspection results
  • Conducting cost estimates and awarding contracts
  • Maintaining and expanding the inspection register, including contract management.

Your profile:


  • Administrative officer, administrative assistant, or completed threeyear training in a related administrative field for the abovementioned tasks
  • Ability to recognize complex situations especially technical ones and communicate them in writing and verbally to the relevant parties
  • Identification with the principles of service and customeroriented behavior in the role of the office as a service provider
  • Confident and friendly demeanor when dealing with customers on the phone, with good verbal expression and communication skills
  • High resilience, flexibility, teamwork, sense of responsibility, negotiation skills, and resultsoriented approach
