    Dossier Media is an independent, integrated media agency based in Dallas, TX. We specialize in paid media management and building a full-funnel approach. Our goal is to help brands establish their paid media strategy while creating a scalable and data-first paid media presence. We prioritize providing effective solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time role as a Paid Media Planner/Buyer at Dossier Media. As a Paid Media Planner/Buyer, your day-to-day tasks will involve media planning, media strategy development, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize paid media campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to create comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives. This is a hybrid role, based in Dallas with flexibility for some remote work.

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience in media planning and media buying
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients
    • In-platform experience within Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to optimize paid media campaigns
    • Experience with campaign analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, etc..
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Bachelor's degree
