- Demonstrate proficiency in managing campaigns on diverse platforms, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and potentially Amazon Ads.
- Report on campaign metrics routinely and recommend optimizations to media mix, tactics and targeting.
- Produce, analyze, and present campaign wrap-up reports.
- Develop and present optimization strategies.
- Develop and maintain media workflows and timelines for all projects.
- Work closely with Director to craft custom media plans.
- Manage vendor relationships and stay informed on latest media innovations.
- Ongoing management of client budgets and flowcharts.
- Closely track media investments and reconcile monthly billing.
- Leverage your analytical skills to interpret data from various databases and tools, applying insights to improve campaign performance.
- Supervise the complete campaign lifecycleplanning, execution, monitoring, optimization, performance evaluation, and reporting.
- Experience in media planning, media strategy, and media buying
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Experience in the hair or beauty industry is a plus
- 3-5 years of proven experience in creating effective advertising campaigns, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns that celebrate and cater to our diverse clientele.
- Base Salary: $120,000 / annually (depending on experience & qualifications with with additional commission based on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What Youll Be Doing
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Media Buyer/Planner at DreamCatchers Hair International in Allen, TX. The Digital Media Buyer/Planner will be responsible for media planning, media strategy, media buying, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize campaigns. To be considered, candidates must demonstrate an advanced level of media planning/buying across digital media, be resourceful, able to think on your feet, embrace juggling multiple deadlines and truly enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
