The Company:

We are an emerging European Gene-Therapy Company located in Edmonston, MD. Our focus is on discovering, developing, and commercializing innovative therapies for patients with rare, severe neurodegenerative diseases.

Our European-based company has a pipeline of two products, with the most advanced being a treatment for a severe neurodegenerative disease of the retina.


Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the GM of Germany in coordinating efforts with our commercial partners and HQ functions for local activities such as project and material localization, congresses, events, digital initiatives, and training.
  • Providing strategic input, analysis, and project management for key crossfunctional projects led by the GM Germany, including Project Plan and Launch Readiness Plans.
  • Utilizing strategic thinking, problemsolving skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to identify needs related to launch and business development in the region.
  • Planning and coordinating strategic aspects of regional team meetings.
  • Leading selected projects from design to implementation and outcome reporting.
  • Implementing the promotional communication strategy and tactics in alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborating with European marketing colleagues to develop and produce compliant product informational materials.
  • Developing multichannel and digital information projects to reduce time to diagnosis and increase awareness of the disease.
  • Ensuring compliance of vendors and business partners and ensuring all projects adhere to relevant regulations and SOPs.
