To expand our market presence, we are looking for a Foreman (m/f/d) for technical products in field sales as soon as possible.

You will work from home or occasionally in our branches in Chemnitz or Leipzig and support our customers in the Central and Northeast regions of Germany.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for sales, gross profit, and maximizing potential in the sales area
  • Implementation of a holistic sales strategy to develop existing customer relationships and acquire new customers with the goal of achieving a high level of value creation for the customer
  • Management and implementation of sales activities in the sales region based on clear goals and KPIs
  • Implementation of digitalization measures in the context of offers and sales processes, as well as along the entire value chain
  • Utilization of CRM systems and additional systemsupported acquisition and management tools
  • Embrace and promote the transformation from product sales to solution sales
  • Commercial review of customerrelevant documents (e.g. storage agreements, supplier contracts, bonus contracts, etc.). Negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements
