Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare in Chattanooga! The role involves working with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Immediate Openings:
- Young pediatric baby requiring g-tube/trach/ventilator care from 7:00pm to 7:00am
- Young adult patient in East Ridge area needing g-tube/trach/ventilator support from 7:30pm to 7:30am
- Young pediatric patient in Ooltewah with g-tube/trach/vent needs from 7:00pm to 7:00am
- Pediatric Patient in Downtown Chattanooga with g-tube/trach/vent care required from 7:00pm to 7:00am (Flexible hours)

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Provide skilled nursing care/services according to prescribed orders
- Monitor and assess patient's condition for any changes
- Document nursing diagnoses based on collected data and information
Qualifications:
- LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray required
- Valid BLS card needed
