    Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.


    Immediate Openings:
    Pediatric patient
    G-tube/trach/ventilator dependent
    Monday - Sunday 7:00pm - 7:00am

    Located in:
    Cleveland

    Young pediatric patient
    g-tube/trach
    Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm

    Located in:
    Cleveland

    Pediatric/ g-tube patient
    Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

    Located in:
    Cleveland

    Teenage pediatric patient
    g-tube/trach/ventilator dependent
    Monday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm

    Located in:
    Cleveland

    Young pediatric / g-tube patient
    Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm

    Located in:
    Cleveland

    Responsibilities:
    Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
    On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
    Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
    Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

    Qualifications:
    Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
    Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
    Current BLS card.
