    We are looking for an experienced Event Services Specialist to join our team. This position will focus on supporting a top-tier Global Travel and Events department.
    In this strategic role, you will contribute with exceptional customer service, communication, and industry knowledge to enhance the customer experience and deliver results efficiently. We are seeking a proactive individual who can engage with internal stakeholders effectively in a dynamic environment, exceeding customer expectations and fostering new relationships.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide consultative support to event organizers to determine the most beneficial services
    • Assist in locating and booking suitable event venues
    • Offer strategic guidance to internal customers for scalable service delivery and exceptional customer service
    • Guide customers through processes, policies, and procedures
    • Ensure a clear understanding of service scope and align with customer expectations
    • Proactively address issues for timely solutions
    • Implement standardized processes for efficiency and scalability
    • Assist in communications, surveys, and marketing materials
    • Conduct outreach, educational activities, and training
    • Maintain meeting activity database and internal sites content
    • Provide continuous recommendations for program enhancements
    • Support Global Travel and Events strategy
    • Assist in developing marketing and communication plans aligned with goals and objectives
    • Perform additional duties as needed
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in meeting & events or hospitality industry
    • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
    • Proficiency in common Meeting Management systems and tools
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
    • Excellent consulting, influencing, and relationship-management skills
    • Problem-solving abilities
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Desirable background in Meeting and Event or Hospitality industry
    • Experience in strategic meeting management or centralized meeting/event program
    • Familiarity with Meeting and Event technology tools
    • Value on 3rd-Party vendor/agency experience with direct customer interaction
    • Valued certification such as CMP (Certified Meeting Professional)
    • Experience in international meeting & events
    Estimated compensation range for this position:
    USD 70,400.00 – 102,100.00 per year
