is seeking a class teacher (m/f/d) for the secondary level from September 1, 2024, for 20 teaching hours per week.

The MONTESSORI Förderkreis Nürnberg e. V.

is the sponsor of a state-approved MONTESSORI primary and secondary school, as well as a MONTESSORI children's house with three nursery, four kindergarten, and five after-school groups.

We accompany over 500 children and adolescents aged 1 to 17 according to the principles of Maria Montessori's pedagogy and employ approximately 165 employees in the fields of education, teaching, pedagogy, and administration.

We work inclusively, with children with high special educational needs participating in regular classes and being taught in mixed-age classes, including eight primary level classes (1st - 4th grade), three middle level classes (5th - 6th grade), three classes of the youth level (7th - 8th grade), and three upper level classes (9th - 10th grade), including full-day instruction in the secondary level with differentiated learning goals.

Your responsibilities

You will lead a mixed-age class in the secondary level (7th/8th grade) within the framework of full-day instruction and teach all core subjects through self-directed learning.
