What to Expect

Support the department head in the strategic development of the human resources development department through assistance and sparring, as well as independently taking on tasks
Project work in various roles depending on the topic (project management/project team member) as well as potentially selecting and managing external service providers
Point of contact and support for the department's management team (sparring, preparation and execution of events, etc.)
Connection to the department through various formats (focus group moderation, preparation and execution of department events, etc.)
Conceptual preparation of department products
Stakeholder management within and outside the department
Keeping an eye on industry trends through best practice trend scouting
Representing the department's assistant during vacation periods, etc.
