- Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Data Science Lead to understand data analysis needs and translate them into clear, impactful visualizations.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that provide meaningful insights.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline reporting processes and methodologies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BI standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- US Citizenship.
- Active IRS clearance - Public Trust or higher.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years experience in Business Intelligence, with a proven track record of developing comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of BI principles, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience working in a regulated industry and adhering to compliance standards.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with additional BI tools and software is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive PowerBI reports and dashboards under the expert guidance of our Data Science Lead. This role demands a keen eye for detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to effectively communicating analytics insights to a diverse range of stakeholders.
