Your challenge:
The

ngineer function is to
Develop
PLCprogram
and configure the custom database of the system
, produce Safety program
documentation
,
compile all check list
and Commissioning on site the
Sorter
.
This is made in 3 phases:
First phase
(in house activity)
:
Develop
Safe
PLCprogram based on the electrical drawings & system specification.
Develop
PLC
/C
program to
interface
the Sorter with external conveyor based on the system specification.
Produce the Safety check list document.
Second phase:
commissioning of the system as
stand alone
(off-line commissioning)
and testing the Safe
PLC
program
in
according to the safety check list.
Third phase:
integration
the sorter with the rest of the system (on-line commissioning or integration test
)

test the
PLCinterface signal with
conveyor .
