The DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn, is responsible for implementing the commissioning of the new Wendlingen-Ulm high-speed line in 2022 and the restructuring of the Stuttgart railway hub in 2025.

We are currently seeking a Contract and Claims Manager (m/f/d) for the DB Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH at our location in Stuttgart.

This is a "Where You Want" job:

In consultation with your supervisor, you can choose your place of work within Germany and alternate between working remotely and in the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing planning and construction contracts and ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines, as well as documentation and quality assurance
Handling contractrelated correspondence, enforcing contract claims, and ensuring contractcompliant performance
Developing contractcompliant solutions for deviations
Overseeing the claims process and coordinating all parties involved, including contractors, construction supervision, project engineers, and procurement
Reviewing and negotiating claims, as well as participating in and shaping agreements
Contributing to the assessment of opportunities and risks from a contractual perspective, and coordinating with the legal department and external experts as needed
Assisting with the tendering and awarding of planning and construction services, and participating in the preparation and review of tender documents and bid
