Our facility is operated by the AWO District Association of Upper Bavaria e.
V.

Our counseling center in Ottobrunn with a branch office in Höhenkirchen consists of a multidisciplinary team of eight professionals and two administrative staff members.

We serve over 500 families each year, providing counseling and support.

Your responsibilities

You will lead the counseling center and manage the interdisciplinary team.
You will provide individual and group counseling.
You will comply with legal requirements and guidelines of the organization and ensure the implementation and adherence to quality management standards and processes.

Your qualifications

You have a degree in psychology (M.Sc. or Dipl.) or social work (Dipl. / M.A.), ideally with additional training in therapy.
You have previous experience in a counseling setting, preferably
