Develop and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting packages for enterprise leadership to include financial statements, KPIs, significant business trends, actual vs budget/forecast variances and comprehensive explanations of material differences.

Utilizing independent judgment and understanding of finance principles to identify trends, variances, and key issues to provide recommendations for more effective reporting.
- Investigate, locate, and fix discrepancies and other issues within reports, dashboards, and finance data systems, conducting thorough investigation combined with followthrough and urgency to support business needs.
- Working autonomously, identify potential data quality issues and partner with IT engineering teams to resolve.
Consult with IT and key stakeholders to ensure future designs of data and operational systems meet reporting needs of finance team.

Design and distribute QA reports of financial data, respond to select internal and external audit requests, and recommend improvement to internal audit team.

Develop new analytical resources and implement strategies to continuously improve Corporate FP&A processes and enhance our understanding of drivers of the business.

- Extensive experience with Power BI and SQL reporting required.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, VBA, Pivot Tables, and complex functions.
