Description
The Training
Pflegefachassistenten/innen (nursing assistants) support nursing professionals in caring for and treating patients. They assist with therapy measures and ensure cleanliness and hygiene on the ward.

The one-year training program teaches skills for caring for sick people, as well as related household and other support tasks in inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory areas of the healthcare sector.


The training lasts one year and includes at least 700 hours of theoretical and practical instruction, as well as at least 950 hours of practical training.

Our Locations

The practical training takes place in various facilities, including our residential care homes for the elderly, gerontopsychiatric units, assisted living for people with disabilities, and our dementia care communities.

Trainees will also have the opportunity to work in one of our hospitals.
School
The accompanying theoretical instruction takes place in block form at our central school for healthcare professions in Münster.
