    Description
    Client Service Super-Star Needed For Veterinary Hospital in Miami, FL

    About the Role:

    • Welcome clients and ensure they feel valued both in person and over the phone
    • Communicate relevant information accurately between clients, referring veterinarians, and the medical team
    • Maintain precise patient and client records
    • Assist with client financing and payments, as well as insurance claims
    • Handle client requests for appointments, medication refills, and communication to the medical team
    • Manage exchanges of records with referring veterinarians
    • Written communications via emails & letters using various software
    • Organize information, update files, and keep the client area clean
    • Contribute positively to the team culture

    Requirements & Skills:

    • Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience in veterinary, medical, hospitality, or client service industries
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Strong verbal and written English skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
