    SRCTec, LLC is actively searching for dedicated entry-level engineers to lead the way in designing, developing, and rigorously testing innovative solutions that tackle complex, nationally significant challenges.

    What You'll Do Pioneering the development of advanced manufacturing test solutions tailored for radar surveillance, electronic warfare, and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)

    Using systems engineering approaches to transition products to manufacturingLeveraging scripting languages like Python and TestStand to streamline and automate complex tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracySkillfully generating SQL queries to gather and dissect manufacturing data, facilitating insightful analysisHarnessing software (SW) tools such as MATLAB or Minitab to extract valuable insights from collected dataActively engaging within collaborative team environments to tackle complex challenges associated with large-scale systemsLeading integration and testing efforts for groundbreaking new designs, ensuring seamless functionalityDemonstrating expertise in troubleshooting both test hardware and software to maintain optimal system performanceProviding unwavering engineering support for production programs, driving quality and innovationCollaborating with research and development (R&D) team, including:

    program management, firmware engineers, software engineers, systems engineers, and mechanical engineersWhat You'll Bring Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar disciplineDesire to learn new software (SW) programming languages such as LabVIEW or TestStandExperience working with databases is a plusExperience with hardware troubleshooting is a plusAbility to follow established policies and proceduresStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to demonstrate leadership skills in daily activitiesExcellent time management skillsMust be task-oriented with an attention for details and accuracyPrevious internship experience preferredWhat Sets Us Apart?SRCTec, LLC is a manufacturing and life cycle management company specializing in the cost-effective production of high-quality, high-reliability, advanced military electro-mechanical products.

    Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $70,000 to $82,000 annually.

    The actual salary will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
