    IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT (PRACTICE MANAGEMENT) | CHICAGO, IL

    The Select Group is looking for a talented Implementation Consultant to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will be flown onsite for a go-live – note, this is a 1-week project. This person will specialize in Practice Management training and end-user support in a healthcare environment.

    IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of relevant recent experience
    • Subject Matter Expertise in Veradigm/Allscripts Practice Management (PM) product suite
    • Basic knowledge of clinical workflows
    • Customer service-driven mindset
    • Proven track record of training and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff

    IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Carry out the implementation of Veradigm/Allscripts Solutions and other designated third-party products while maintaining the detailed project plan and project scope
    • Provide customer support to clinical employees of the end client – answer questions and calls and help explain to non-clinical staff
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues within the application and interfaces encountered during and after the implementation (including third-party interfaces and applications)
    • Assist clients with parameterization and configuration of the Practice Management database to deliver the necessary functionality defined in the projected contract/scope
    • Lead and assist in the organization's specific system design, conversion migration, and build of information in the database with the client
    • Design and present client-specific documentation and formal training
    • Advise and assist clients on interface and application testing, planning, and fulfillment for a successful Go-live
    • Ensure setup supports organization's workflow decisions and billing needs
