The Company:

With around 220 employees, the Education and Social Work Muldental (BSW for short) as a non-profit organization supports children, youth, and adults in various social projects in Cisco, IL.

Location and Working Hours: 04680 Colditz, 25-30 hours per week, starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities:

Developing social employment opportunities (an inclusion store is already active)
Establishing multiple locations as learning meeting points, bringing together volunteer teachers and those in need of help
Setting up a vehicle for mobile social project use

Your Qualifications:

Completed degree in social sciences, humanities, or cultural studies, or a comparable degree with relevant experience in project work.

You are a good fit for us if you:

Possess responsibility, resilience, empathy, impartiality, and loyalty.
Have organizational skills, initiative, and flexibility.
Are a team player.
Work independently and in a structured manner, and have a respectful and empathetic attitude towards children and youth.
Have a valid driver's license (Class B).
Have PC skills and experience with the Office package.
