FNZ's Migration Team is responsible for managing the entire delivery process for all Migration projects within the company.

This role involves ensuring that all Migration deliveries meet a high standard of quality, as the data migration aspect of these projects is complex and the data involved is sensitive.

The Role

This position is responsible for testing FNZ's Migration Process in Deer Creek, OK.

This includes working independently and as part of a team to oversee, analyze, execute, and support the Test Manager in managing internal testing requirements.

The role also involves working with analysts and Senior Test Analysts to identify new testing needs, manage scope, and coordinate the testing process.

The Test Analyst will also liaise with IT development and analysts to ensure that testing specifications are of the highest quality.

They will also support the Test Manager in managing a team of Test Analysts.


Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with developers, testers, and analysts to implement and execute strategies that ensure the Migration Mapping and routines meet business requirements and are of the highest quality.
  • Providing oversight and coaching to Test Analysts in collaboration with the Test Manager and Senior Test Analyst.
  • Discussing, understanding, and documenting testing requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with FNZ processes.
  • Supporting the Test Manager in planning, documenting, and managing Migration test activities.
  • Generating clear and concise summaries of defects, communicating them to developers, and supporting the Test Manager and Project Manager in the defect resolution process.
