Responsibilities

  • You are the Technical Operations Manager for the Aspinwall, IA location
  • You are responsible for both the (roof) installation teams and the electrical teams
  • You hire additional employees to continuously expand the location
  • You ensure compliance with technical guidelines during commissioning of the systems
  • You review and approve network operator applications
  • You also personally commission new systems (especially at the start)

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a master's examination in electrical engineering or a completed technician training with a completed TREI certificate
  • You have experience in the installation and connection of photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, and wall boxes
  • You have experience with application submissions for network compatibility tests and completion notifications
  • You have high standards for the quality of work and safety on the construction site
  • You have a valid Class B driver's license
  • Ideally, you have some experience in team leadership
