Description

The Archdiocese of Freiburg is currently seeking a full-time (39.5 hours per week) permanent PROCESS MANAGER/QUALITY MANAGER (m/f/d) for the Archdiocesan Ordinariate in Juno Beach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conception, planning, and implementation of process workflows in the area of personnel administration for the Archdiocese of Freiburg, as well as continuous improvement of existing processes
  • Development and implementation of monitoring measures, followed by evaluation and analysis
  • Collaboration in change processes within the department and support of departments during change processes
  • Involvement in projects within the personnel department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent
  • Experience in human resources and personnel administration
  • Strong practical experience in process and quality management, as well as experience in human resources
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and willingness to innovate
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Identification with the goals and values of the Catholic Church
