Your responsibilities

  • You will handle incoming messages and orders
  • You will provide customer support via phone, email, and messenger
  • You will handle complaints and returns
  • You will monitor various online sales channels on a daily basis
  • You will also handle payment processing and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have relevant work experience in a similar position

  • You are familiar with emails and MS Office
