    Position Summary

    As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating

    various activities to ensure the seamless and efficient hiring of top talent. Your primary responsibilities will

    include managing recruitment logistics, scheduling interviews if needed, initiating background checks,

    onboarding deployment and maintaining candidate records. You will work closely with the HR team, hiring

    managers and candidates to provide exceptional candidate experiences and contribute to the overall success

    of our talent acquisition efforts.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Coordinate recruitment activities: Assist in organizing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews: Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Ensure that all parties are informed of interview details, such as time, location, and required materials.
    • Candidate communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status, interview details, and any necessary pre-employment documentation.
    • Applicant tracking system (ATS) management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS. Input candidate information, track applicant progress, and generate reports as needed.
    • Background checks and references: Facilitate background checks and reference verifications for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Recruitment events: Coordinate and support recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and campus visits. Assist in preparing event materials, scheduling interviews, and representing the organization professionally.
    • Data analysis and reporting: Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
    • Process improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and propose solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
    • Compliance and documentation: Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential candidate files and records
    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices.
    • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
    • Hands-on approach. Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with teams to ensure the highest quality deliverables.
    • Self-starter with a project management mindset.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
    • Desire to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Ability to build rapport with, and gain the confidence of, entire organization to quickly integrate into the current team while adapting to, and fostering, the TruFit's culture.
    • Fitness industry experience is a plus.

    Education & Experience

    A minimum of 2 years of related

    experience is preferred.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a teammate to

    successfully perform the essential functions of this position which is exposed to typical office working

    • Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 25 pounds.
    • Visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment.
    • Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office and/or gym environment

    Work Location

    The Recruiting Coordinator position is required to check into the Corporate Office daily or to a pre-assigned

    club location. The ideal candidate will be based in San Antonio, TX.
