    ReaLife Realty is a growing full-service real estate brokerage that provides in exceptional service to clients in the Salt Lake County and surrounding areas. Work in an energetic and supportive environment and receive the best coaching, training, and administrative support (no previous experience necessary).

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
    • Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about properties to potential buyers.
    • Assist clients in the buying or selling process, including preparing and submitting offers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating inspections and appraisals.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow agents, and industry professionals.
    • Work closely with mortgage lenders, title agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure a seamless closing process.

    Requirements:

    • Utah Real Estate License (if you do not have your license yet, you may still apply. Must be able to complete 120 hours of Approved Pre-Licensing Education.)
    • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
    • Attend weekly training on current trends, marketing tools, prospecting, tech tools, and more.
    • Technology driven.
    • High level of social skills. Our business is people-based and will require much interaction with other people.

    Salt Lake County

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday - Training and self-determined schedule
    • Tuesday - weekly team meeting
    • Weekends - as needed
