- Collaborate with office staff to ensure excellent customer service to buyers or potential buyers until the transaction is successfully concluded.

- Communicate with pre-qualified potential clients to assess their interests and determine their desires and needs for a home purchase.
- Manage the facilitation of required documentation for legal transactions and ensure a smooth closing.
- Help clients with the home buying process, including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender.
- Must have an active real estate license
