- Execute general accounting tasks (a/p, payroll, month-end close, guest inquiry)
- Supervise and assess invoice submissions
- Review and send invoices for necessary approvals
- Reconcile Vendor Statements and conduct follow-ups
- Submit month-end accruals
- Aid in customer care follow-up
- Enter and review payroll data for precision
- Handle special projects as requested by the manager
- Perform daily hotel audit reviews and prepare cash deposits
- Manage the house bank and audit all issued banks
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the department manager
- Full-time position

- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
- Familiarity with accounting functions and procedures
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize duties effectively to meet deadlines and demands
