- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with the operational side of the business
- Prepare accurate and timely financial analysis to support decision-making
- Analyze store sales, traffic, and conversion data to evaluate the effectiveness of selling efforts
- Aid in retail business development at casinos and airports by creating new store projection models
- Optimize store payroll by developing budgets and adjusting staffing levels for peak performance
- Assist in building financial models for incentive compensation and bonuses
- Participate in Special Projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. An MBA is a bonus
- 3+ years of work experience, including financial and operational analysis
- Experience with financial budgeting, data warehouse, and labor management software is desirable
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
