Intermediate experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is preferred as well as experience with various customer relationship management tools and project management systems.Our team thrives on the fast-paced environment expected in a growing, public company. This key role is responsible for communicating with medical and dental professionals, assisting those providers with registration and credentialing for various programs. Additionally, the Specialist will train providers and staff to properly use iCoreConnect products, troubleshoot issues and provide overall support to our customers. It is imperative the Software Implementation Specialist is meticulous with data entry, skilled at multitasking and capable of switching focus during the day as priority demands.
