GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Annuity Customer Care Representative will assist with agent onboarding, commissions, new business, suitability, post issue and claims at Revol One Insurance Company ("Revol One"). As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for cross functional duties across all service areas, enabling an end-to-end completion of processes and creating an exceptional experience for Agents and clients. The role will require collaboration among team members in a small team environment, where every individual will be critical to the team's overall success.
Building relationships with our agents/producers will be crucial to differentiate Revol One as a preferred partner. The Customer Care Team will be the foundation to creating this partnership and exemplifying Revol One as a company that: completes work end to end quickly, does what we say we'll do, creates a positive and friendly experience for all our customers, and resolves any problems that occur along the way.
