The Oracle Fusion Cloud Analyst will be responsible for support, maintenance, and enhancements of our client's Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules that are leveraged across three different OpCos internationally. You will collaborate with other technologists and cross-functional teams to drive the organization's technology roadmap, ensure the highest level of customer service to their business stakeholders, and keep the organization on the leading edge of emerging technologies.

You Will:

Support the next generation of Finance and HR technology platforms across the organization
Partner with Finance, HR, support, and developers across multiple regions for a global org
Diagnose and resolve issues/ bugs/ outages on production Fusion Financial systems
Develop Documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and Training Materials for new and legacy systems and processes
Create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations for the leadership to drive business decisions
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation across Financial Systems
Occasionally acting as project manager for systems integrations and implementations

You Have:

A Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of professional experience supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials applications
Expertise in implementing/supporting Oracle Fusion Financials in a production environment
Experience leveraging Python to create tools and automation
2+ years working in a fast-paced environment, including diagnosing and resolving production issues working for a global team
2+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (i.e. AP, AR, GL, Procurement, FCCS, PBCS, etc.)
Database experience reading/writing SQL scripts
Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
Experience using BI Publisher and/or SmartView for reporting financial data
Experience working on implementation and integration projects is a plus
Systems Architecture, Business Requirements Gathering, and Design experience is a plus
Workday, Oracle HCM, or other HRIS experience is a plus
Finance/accounting background or degree
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
