We are looking for a Creative Director to join the Ultra team in New York!
What you'll do:
- Provide creative and art direction by developing concepts, moodboards, and branding strategies that align with the vision of the brand and collections.
- Play a key role in shaping the artist's narrative through branding, styling, and creating visual content.
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, including sales collateral, logos, merchandise, and marketing materials.
Projects could include:
- Designing solutions for social media, packaging, merchandise, web, and interactive projects.
- Establishing creative partnerships with artists to enhance their long-term development.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to execute innovative artist strategies.
- Identifying third-party vendors to generate cost-effective content.
- Building strong relationships across departments to ensure project alignment.
Who you are:
- A creative professional with 7+ years of design experience and a background in leading teams.
- Proficient in conceptualization, design, and production processes.
- Skilled in creating unique and engaging products that distinguish the brand in the market.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within the music industry.
- Experienced with design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.
- Excellent communicator with a strong understanding of brand development and marketing concepts.
- Capable of interacting effectively with artists, managers, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ideally possess a BFA degree.
