    The Office of Accessibility is looking for a Project Manager to lead programs that support the Communications and Enablement team.

    This role is responsible for driving project deliverables and timelines, as well as closely partnering with various business functions across the organization to build alignment on scope and approach, business requirements and processes, and optimized solutions that meet strategy initiatives.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Project Manage Global Enablement & Communications in the Office of Accessibility.
    Ensure the successful completion of programs including enablement communications, communications strategies, and cross-enablement processes and programs. Includes drafting key messaging, communications, presentations, talk tracks, FAQs, and other materials.
    Effectively manage, motivate and hold accountable team members to complete priorities
    Draft impactful communications (Slack posts, emails, presentations) with clear CTAs and relevant resources.
    Collaborate globally to influence key team members on project scope/vision, solutions, budget and schedule
    Facilitate weekly project team meetings to focus and accelerate project execution
    Partner with key enablement leaders and collaborators to align on communications messaging.
    Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with teams across the company including Marketing/Events, Office of Equality, Office of Ethical and Humane Use, to drive projects to successful completion

    Required Skills and Experience:

    5+ years of project management, communications and enablement experience in operational and program roles.
    Experience spearheading global projects to support business priorities.
    Proven ability to collaborate with teams while maintaining focus on outcomes and/or removing barriers.
    Ability to work with senior management, peers, and vital team members across multiple organizations, geographic regions and/or cultures.
    Outstanding collaboration and communication skills. Will be diligent and results focused.
    Business communications experience is a must.
    Experience with Slack, email platforms, analytics, and/or the Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms are a plus.

    Knowledge of the enterprise software market landscape, enterprise cloud computing, and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models is a plus.
