    SPACES is HIRING multiple COMMUNITY MANAGERS

    • Location: ATLANTA, GA (NW Atlanta - Spaces Icon)
    • Salary: $22.00 Hourly + Benefits (after 30 days of employment)
    • Hours: Full-Time, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • Interviews: ONE DAY ONLY on TUESDAY, June 18th
    • Interview Times: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (by appointment only)
    • Location for Interviews: 3372 Peachtree Road, Suite 115, Atlanta, GA 30326

    Position: Community Managers

    As a Community Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the center. Motivate your team to maintain a positive workspace, prioritize customer satisfaction, and boost retention rates.

    Your Daily Tasks at SPACES

    • Start the day with a team meeting to plan and prepare for the day.
    • Greet and assist members and meeting guests, ensuring their needs are met.
    • Engage with new members to understand their business and facilitate networking opportunities.
    • Coordinate the move-in process for a large company, ensuring a seamless transition.
    • Give a tour to potential co-working members, highlighting the benefits of membership.
    • Conduct operations meetings and engage with members before they leave for the day.

    About You

    We seek an experienced manager capable of overseeing operations smoothly. You should excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and team motivation, with a background in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or events. Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to changing scenarios are essential.
