    FLEXSTAFF
    Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Specialist at FLEXSTAFF, where you'll play a crucial role in managing the company's financial outflow. You'll be responsible for overseeing capital disbursements to ensure everything runs smoothly. If number-crunching is your forte, this is the place to be!

    Key responsibilities:

    • Verify and reconcile expense reports
    • Process vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
    • Manage outstanding obligations and identify discount opportunities
    • Handle petty cash and sales tax calculations
    • Understand expense accounts and cost centers
    • Conduct compliance checks regarding accounts payable

    Skills required:

    • Proficiency in data entry
    • Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
