Responsibilities:
- Explain why client should choose a particular property.
- Meet clients at open houses.
- Recommend which properties a client should see.
- Negotiate a purchase price on behalf of client.
- Be respectful and courteous when speaking with clients.
- Create a presentation for customers explaining why the company is the best option for them.
- Have an understanding of property taxes, insurance, and other aspects of home ownership.
