Sales Representative (m/f/d):

What to expect:

  • Management of the application process for Ludwig Fresenius Schools
  • Preparation of contract offers for interested parties in training and further education
  • Input and maintenance of data for interested parties, applicants, and participants in the CRM system
  • Communication (by phone and in writing) with interested parties, applicants, and participants, including processing of incoming inquiries regarding the application process
  • Documentation and further development of department processes
  • General office and administrative tasks

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Secure and proficient use of common MS Office programs
  • High level of service orientation and communication skills, independent and structured way of working
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, excellent spelling skills
  • Strong team spirit and organizational skills, willingness to learn and contribute
  • Ideally, experience with the CRM system Salesforce
