    Description

    To support our growing customer base in North America's robotics industry, we seek a motivated Sr Director BD to lead our industrial efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Engagement: Conduct relationship-driven sales with 20-30 robotics prospects/accounts. Drive sales goals and execute strategies with the Regional BD Director's support. Build relationships from engineering to C-level personnel to accelerate sales cycles.

    Pipeline Development: Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in the robotics industry through customer contact and prospecting.

    Lead Qualification: Qualify incoming leads from RoboSense's website, tradeshows, and marketing campaigns.

    CRM Management: Use RoboSense North America's CRM to manage customer information, track activities, and maintain revenue forecasts.

    Qualifications:

    Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of LiDAR sensors and their applications, especially in robotics.

    Sales Track Record: Proven success in exceeding sales targets and business development goals.

    Analytical and Curious: Understand customer perspectives and proactively offer solutions.

    Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
