    Description

    A non-profit located Rosemont is looking for add an Executive Assistant to join their team. The Executive Assistant will provide high level administrative support mainly to support the CEO but will also assist other executives as needed. The Executive Assistant will assist with calendar and travel coordination as well as assist with projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to prioritize well and can facilitate objectives. The compensation range for this role is $70-73K/yr.

    Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support:

    • Manage and prioritize the executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.

    Meeting Coordination:

    • Schedule and organize board meetings, committee meetings, and other events.
    • Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
    • Record and distribute meeting minutes.

    Document Management:

    • Maintain and organize important organizational documents and records.
    • Assist in the preparation of grant proposals, reports, and other documents.

    Communication Liaison:

    • Act as a liaison between the executive and staff members.
    • Communicate with external stakeholders, donors, and partners as needed.

    Project Assistance:

    • Support the executive in various projects and initiatives.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with different departments.

    Budget and Expense Management:

    • Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
    • Process invoices and expense reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant for 5+ years or in a similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced non-profit environment.
    • Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
