We are currently seeking a
Project Assistant (m/f/d)
for Tourism and City Marketing to join our Department of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Tourism on a part-time basis (23.4 hours/week).


Your responsibilities:


  • Basic tasks in tourism management, including organizing guided tours, maintaining and expanding the tourist hiking and cycling network, and planning events
  • Independent design and writing of communication materials for print and online media, adhering to the corporate design guidelines (e.g. brochures, advertisements, flyers, online banners)
  • Collaborative work with local service providers (hotels, restaurants, clubs, tour guides, trade, etc.)
  • Project management
  • Support in managing social media
