Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate customer projects in terms of quality, technology, costs, and budget, ensuring the achievement of project goals
Develop customized solutions, manage project execution, and coordinate operational project work
Plan and schedule resources, provide technical leadership, support, and motivate the onsite project team and external resources
Act as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships
Prepare proposals, determine pricing, and manage project goals in collaboration with the site manager and regional manager
Document and track work orders, create work instructions
Manage change management within the project
Design and optimize new processes

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training as a mechanic, electrician, technician, or master craftsman in the metal or plastic industry
35 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar position or as a project or team leader with leadership experience and technical expertise
