Overview:
We are looking for Procore Administrators/Implementation specialist to join our growing team in the San Diego, CA area. The Procore Administrators are key in facilitating Procore tools with users in their company.

Project Administrators use Procore to perform the following key tasks:
define user access levels, configure company level settings, configure default project settings, and create custom company reports. This role is Remote Opportunity.


Responsibilities:


  • Seek areas or pain points for Continuous Process Improvement
  • Procore Global, Company and Project tools.
  • Add Specified Program project's designated points of contact(s) details to the Procore system as required.
  • Create custom Company and Project level Procore reports for data mining to assist internal project management controls.
  • Process applicable Project resourcing changes within Procore company level and project level directories.
  • Perform Procore project buildout and set up ensure proper Project templates are utilized and project settings are correct per project specifications and company standards.
  • Create, configure, maintain, and delete user accounts and groups in Procore.
  • Understand and maintain user group permissions in Procore.
  • Attend regularly and asneeded meetings with client Program managers, Procore instance owners and stakeholders.
  • Create detailed summary of items in project/program build through a business requirement document capturing key milestones, workflow diagrams and phases.
  • Coordinate tasks with other Procore Document Control Specialists and Procore System Administrators.
  • Analyze Procore for automation opportunities and identify any security or permission issues to ensure the system is stable and adheres to client policies.
  • Advise management of risks that may affect health, performance of Procore workstream.
  • Report custom build and Procore updates directly to manager and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine best practices.
  • Responsible for projects/portfolios, server maintenance, and cyber security protocols.
  • Assist with Procore integrations to other platforms, such as SharePoint, SAP, P6, OpenText.
  • Support project management teams to maintain timely and effective change management process and procedures with Procore workstream.
  • Perform routine audit checks of Procore project sites and inform Program Managers about issues that need to be resolved. Such permissions include cyber security and access issues.
  • Act as an "agent for change" in the company's Procore implementation and complete transition.
  • Perform daily Procore workstream tasks as support request tickets, access upkeep, Procore workstream maintenance.
  • Participate in Procore Governance meetings and uphold established global Sempra Energy Policies and standards.
  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of the entire Procore workstream.

Qualifications:

Technical Responsibilities:


  • Procore, Proficient in Office 365, Visio, and client Approved Dev tools.

Managerial Responsibilities:


  • Maintain Document System database and quality control of system Integrity.

Other Qualifications:


  • Works under direction of Document System Advisor, Project/Program Managers, and Business Unit Managers or their appointees.
  • Communicate effectively to a diverse audience of different levels of education and expertise verbally and in writing; able to present to a large audience; works well in oneonone and group settings requiring excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to break down complex and technical process in paper or in person as required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct or relevant experience with degree. 810 years direct or relevant experience without degree.
  • High school graduate required. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Developer, Programming, Computer Sciences, Information System Technology, or related field from accredited program preferred.
  • Procore System Administrator Certification, preferred.

Wage Data Per State Requirements:


Salary range for this position is $90, $120, The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
