- 4-year Engineering degree
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience preferred (consideration for recent graduates with strong engines experience from internships)
- Experience with working on engines
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read engineering part prints
- Proficiency in 3-D CAD software (Pro-E or Creo preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience specifically with engine dynamometer testing is a significant advantage
- Develop and execute engine dynamometer test plans, including post-test Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) activities that encompass the entire aftertreatment system
- Conduct small-scale component-level PV&V activities related to canning, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) header, DEF tank, and hydrocarbon dosing systems; includes continuous improvement tasks
- Oversee vehicle PV&V activities associated with the complete aftertreatment system
