Job Description:

You will support a testing expert in the examination of plans for complex STE systems as part of the building approval process of the Federal Railway Authority (EBA).

Working closely with a team of EBA recognized testing experts in signal, telecommunications, and electrical engineering, you will ensure the safety and functionality of relay, electronic, and digital interlocking systems, as well as train control systems such as ETCS, LZB, and PZB.

You will continuously develop your knowledge of new regulations and technical products to stay up-to-date. As part of multiproject management, you will act as the interface between various stakeholders.

Qualifications:
You have a degree in electrical engineering, transportation engineering, signal technology, railway safety technology, or a related field.

You have several years of professional experience in independently managing projects in the planning/plan review sector of the railway industry.

You have good knowledge in the areas of signal technology, telecommunications technology, and/or electrical engineering.

In addition to a conscientious work style, you have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and impress with your strong commitment, flexibility, and teamwork skills.

Excellent German skills and good English skills in both written and spoken form complete your profile.
